Ok…I know I’m going a little crazy with these contest entries, but it’s way too much fun! When this smoothie was done and it turned out so beautiful (and yummy!) I knew I had to share it with you. This 4-layer smoothie boasts a new flavor with every layer and is surprisingly easy to make. Mix it up by using different So Delicious Dairy-Free products. Enjoy!
TUTTI FRUTTI RAINBOW SMOOTHIE
Makes 1 16 oz. smoothie
Ready in 5 minutes
1 cup So Delicious Dairy-Free Coconut Milk Beverage
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup So Delicious Vanilla Cultured Coconut Milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fresh, ready-to-eat spinach
1.Place 1/2 cup coconut milk, mango, and cultured coconut milk in an electric blender. Blend until smooth. Pour half of mixture into a 16 oz. glass.
2.Add strawberries and 1/4 cup coconut milk to remaining smoothie in blender, blending until smooth. Spoon half of mixture into glass on top of mango layer.
3.Add blueberries and 1/4 cup coconut milk to remaining smoothie in blender, blending until smooth. Spoon half of this mixture into glass on top of strawberry layer.
4.Add spinach to remaining smoothie and blend. Spoon all of this mixture into glass on top of blueberry layer. Enjoy!
